Main Card:
Tyrone Spong def. Angel DeAnda via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28)

Spong:” I feel really good about the victory. “I went in with no expectations and I wanted to feel him out and see what he was made of.“Deanda is a strong guy. He surprised me with how much punishment he was able to take.
Deanda:“My left inner leg definitely hurts from his leg kicks, but overall I thought I fought a great fight. There is no consolation in going the distance. We’re both good strikers.”

Marlon Moraes def. Brandon Hempleman via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)

Moraes:”Man, that guy was tough.  He just kept coming forward.“It was a great fight for both of us. I broke my middle finger in the first round.  Not taking anything away from him, but I know I could have done better.”
Hempleman:“I had a lot of fun in there. I love getting the crap kicked out of me. Seriously, I’m fine. My leg hurts, but I’ll be OK. “He was a good fighter and quicker than I thought. I know I get a little wild sometimes. I think the difference was his defense was tighter than mine. But overall I feel I did a good job and won me some fans.’’

Nick Newell def. Keon Caldwell via submission (guillotine ) 2:07, Round 1

Newell:”I came out there to put on a good show.  He was a lot quicker and stronger than I thought he’d be. “I lost my footing in the beginning and I actually got a little rattled when I went to throw him.  I caught a bit of an accidental headbutt but that was it. “It was a great honor to fight in front of this crowd and all the troops that came out to support me.  Can’t wait to do it again.”
Caldwell:“There is no way I could ever, ever envision this fight ending like it did. Never. I just got caught up in the moment. It happens. I was never hurt and I’ll be back but this is very disappointing.”

Dave Huckaba def. Ray Sefo via TKO 3:42, Round 2

Ray Sefo:”I couldn’t be happier for Dave.  It went down just the way I wanted it: 2 big guys in there putting on a show for the crowd. “I knew he was a hard hitter, I didn’t want an easy fight. We were swinging for the fences, and whoever threw the best punch was gonna get it. “He landed that shot, and that’s just the way it was.”
Dave Huckaba: “Right now, I am on top of the word. I can’t even describe what I am feeling. Nobody except my team thought I could win this fight. I mean, I was fighting a legend, right? This is such a dream come true. Can you believe this? I got my chance and made the most of it. “Fans got a great fight. Two of us, each taking their turns hitting the other. He was really getting to me with those leg kicks, but I prevailed. What a great feeling this is!”

JZ Cavalcante def. Tyson Griffin via TKO 1:37, Round 3

JZ Cavalcante: “For me, a win is a win and I love to win. But I hate to win this way. I don’t want the fans to boo, I want them to be happy. I want to win convincingly. “I thought the first round was close, but that I definitely won the second. I wasn’t surprised the ref stopped it. He gave three warnings, but Griffin never did anything to improve his position. I’m not saying he couldn’t continue, but he did nothing to improve his position. “I’ve been on the wrong end of controversial decisions before. It’s not a good feeling,”
Tyson Griffin: “I was following my game plan for the most part.  I was picking him apart the first 2 rounds.  It was a bad stoppage, I never submitted.  He got me in a bad position and as I was trying to work my way out the ref decided to stop the fight.”

Preliminary Card:
Gerald Harris def. Jorge Santiago via unanimous decision (29-27, 29-27, 29-27)

Gerald Harris: “It was a great fight. I had a good (round) 1 and 2. But after the slam in the first I thought it was over, and had an adrenaline dump.  I broke my right hand in the first round and I knew I couldn’t punch with him. I couldn’t squeeze at all.  “I had a great camp, my cardio training was insane.  Once this wrist heals, I’m excited to get back in the cage with whoever WSOF puts in front of me.”
Jorge Santiago: “I didn’t have a problem with the decision; the whole fight changed when I lost a point for holding on to the cage. After that I had to change the way I wanted to fight, and it changed the complexion of the fight and how the judges saw it. “I knew there was no way the fight was going to be stopped at the end of the first round. I was totally fine. But I was still worried.”
